Prompt service - going the extra mile and extra time to address any issues. Three words I dont often use with customer service - courteous, pleasant, and familiar. Im new to ACS, so I can only give an initial feedback. Since my husband and I are not computer savvy, we take comfort in knowing what to expect each day when we turn on the computer. We are having fun getting used to our "new" computer - thanks for all your work and effort that went into getting us up and running.  Dot

Each month when I do our “scheduled monthly maintenance” that you set up for us, I am so grateful for this routine.  It is so easy and convenient to do the way you set it up for us.  I do it with in the first few days of each month faithfully and it is pretty much a “no-brainer” .  I do not know of anyone else who has such a handy way to keep their computer running well, unless it has been set up that way by you.  I feel very safe when I see each month what has been “caught” by some of the detection programs that you have installed and although it has been over a year, when you came by for an annual computer check up, there was very little that you had to do, as the computer was running nearly flawlessly. Having had a computer for many years and having had many viruses and issues prior to contracting with you, we feel very confident that your scheduling us to do some very simple steps each month, clearly outlined, has kept our computer running so smoothly and quickly.  Thanks again ever so much.  Joyce & John

To be fair, since 2004 we have logged 16 clients out of over 1,400 that were not pleased with our services and will not return.
There were others that were not pleased but we made things right and they are still our friends.
